just like the sun

If your chest is heavy with worry & aches with doubt,

and your belly is sea sick from waves of anxiety crashing rapidly at it’s core,

and your heart is tired of racing, 

and your mind is drowning in a sea of fears; 

please remember that fear is a liar,

& anxiety, too. 

If lack of sleep has brought bags to your eyes, & stress has brought your shoulders to your ears;

Please affirm that: 

you have sunshine in your heart that the darkness of fear cannot dim. 

If doubt dances on your doorstep & 

fear, anxiety, & angst make it hard for you to breathe; 

Please know that:

better days are coming, & the sun promises this.
