You shouldn’t try to stop everything from happening.

You shouldn’t try to mask your feelings or ever pretend like you don’t care when you do.  

Sometimes you’re supposed to feel awkward. 

Sometimes you’re supposed to be vulnerable in front of people. 

Sometimes it’s necessary because it’s all part of you getting to the next part of yourself.

The part of yourself that no longer seeks approval and embraces her vulnerability proudly. 

Yes, vulnerability is terrifying. 

The courage it takes to reveal your heart is one of the most daunting experiences.

BUT let vulnerability inspire you, not frighten you. 

What makes you vulnerable is what makes you human

and to be human is a B E A U T I F U L thing

So be vulnerable,

be beautiful, 

be human

The world has enough humans who live a masked insecurity.

 It needs more humans who live a brave vulnerability. 

So have the courage to be vulnerable and honest about who you are. 

And never change your originality for the sake of others,

Never downplay your passion,

Never lose yourself in characters that other people create for you. 

Be authentically and unapologetically you

Love yourself enough to not let anyone cloud your vision.

Become your vision. 

Don’t ever trade your authenticity for approval. 

DO NOT dilute yourself for anyone or anything.

Because NO-ONE can play your role better than Y O U

and there is simply no limit on how radiant, alive, and irresistible you can be If only you have the courage to show up and be seen for who you really are, not who the world or anyone else wants you to be,
